The shackles are just the stock one extended 3" for now. Thursday when I get the rest of the parts needed I'll make some real ones.
        intriguing. where were they purchased?

any outside photos, whole body shots? better yet flexing?

the shackle set up kind of reminds me of this build on pirate

Absolutely not, no tire carrier. And yea that cherokee is kind of what got the pot boiling for me to finally do it. You have to understand this is way over a year in the making. Been wanting this for a long time.

hey man the truck looks great.. some good welds and it looks like you did a really nice job choppin the rear. dont forget a reverse light though they are essential to wheeling edven in the daytime.

So I moved the shackle mount to under the bumper to obtain the ultimate shackle angle, once I get the new shocks the droop will be even better Basically it's perfect right now. Built my shackles which are just about 6" long so got a good length. Still undecided what I want to put inbetween the shackles for steel, might just leave the middle open. Also added in a fuel cell.

Looks great, but they look like they will find the ground/rocks pretty well.
