Sorry for the late response... was snowboarding all weekend.

The room in the basement is $550 inc utilities. Have to walk to first floor for kitchen & bathroom.

The room on the 1st floor is $650 inc utilities. Kitchen & bathroom right der.

We've had bout a dozen people come by, but we are being pretty selective after having to evict the craziest mother fawkin biatch i've ever met.
