Ok so I have an update, got paperwork back from the DMV saying I need more "info", depending on what "info' they need will prob decide whether I wait out for the title or sell it now. I also found out my work is getting a new plow truck so i put a word in on what they wanted for the 01 GMC 3500 dually they have now. If they say sure wtf then we dont have to deal with the BS of trading it in (its a little hammered but for the price I would jump on it) then I'll dump the comanche ASAP title or not. Hopfully I'll find out about that really soon as they seemed to talk like they were going to pick one up in a couple days. Im keeping my fingers crossed.

Well, it looks like Im selling the truck to ftrndyrsox. Im tired of going back and fourth with the DMV and he was the only one who wanted it without the title so its time to take the money and run. Im still not sure if Ill be getting my works old plow truck but even if I dont at least I'll have a little bit of cash on hand to take advantage of another deal if/when it comes along. I really really hate to sell this truck but I need somthing to cart around the whole family. If for some reason he ends up not taking it or whatever I will continue my quest for a title and go from there.
