This was formerly owned by an SiS member. I have put over $7000 in to this in the past year:

Spark plugs, wire, cap & rotor, transmission service, drain and refill all fluids, ball joints, axle joints(760-X) front & rear pinion yoke and seals, PCV hose, motor mounts, tow hooks, JKS steering Brace System, tires & wheels, SYE, CB, extended braided front brakes hoses, IRO tierod, transmission mount, front flares(TJ), cut & fold rear quarter panel mod, RIGID rear bumper, rear cargo rack, full exhaust system, clock spring, fuel pump/sending unit, thermostat.

The following spare parts are also included in the sale:
2 drive shafts, brakes hoses, tierod, passenger side inner and outer axles, track bar, transmission mount, motor mount, 1 caliper, some interior plastic, shocks, rear BPE’s, and a fire extinguisher.

this thing would be a great start for someone starting to build. have you tried naxja, cherokeeforum, or jeepforum yet?? with all the service stuff done to it, you should have no problem getting that over there.
