Will, if the o2 sensor keeps throwing a code, you might have the same problem I did where the wires were exposed. You could wrap them in e-tape or hit up some place that sells that plastic conduit material.

i gave a quick once over and nothing was stripped down and exposed...the parts i couldnt see were still in the plastic tube from Jeep..otherwise obviously the o2s wires themselves were brandy new

oh well...ill try this monitors stuff a shot i guess

i have a mystery whistle that occurs under a load on and off between 2400 and 3400 rpm's. new belt, all pulleys are good. been like this for 10000 miles

and a slightly cracked exhaust manifold. been like this for 8000 miles

Air going by the IAC whistles like that Sam. If you have a TB spacer and or removed the airbox and just installed a filter it will be more pronounced.

I had a little bit of a whistle like that too after I installed my bored TB without a gasket.

I laid some RTV down between the Manifold and throttle body and it went away.

I should have RC extended brakelines for the front in today :fingerscrossed: and I might possibly put on the tcase skid off the beaner. then food and pack.
