        look into what the requirements of setting up an official account with someone would be. since you ship so much maybe an account would be better to get a discount on the quantity anyway? just an idea

            will just ordered new boxes to send the DVDs out...hopefully this will make things a little better.

            thank goodness our customers have been really nice when they receive the packages like this...

                Identical contents. One delivered by USPS and the other by FedEx.


                You really can't win with shipping companies as it really depends on the driver or who loaded the stuff. At work, we use all three and have constant issues with FedEx and UPS. One time FedEX ripped open the side of a box of returned phones stealing all of the iphones, but left all of the chargers and accessories
