nice. i love how the shipping employees dont give a fuck about the goods they move. when i got my MTB shipped here, the box was fucked, even with $1500 insurance. i think nowadays the term "drop ship" is taken literally. fuck it. you can probably sue for the lost business/manufacturing costs



EDIT: this was with UPS. all my UPS packages show up damaged. i use fedex whenever i have the choice.

They lost the Contention DVD I bought from you last year, then decided not to tell us for two weeks until finally they claimed it lost

I shipped my dreamcast out a few months back and it was basically totaled when the guy got it. Sent a bunch of pictures, had to refund some of the money or deal with taking it back and paying shipping prices again.
