Emergency Room Q's

So I took a golf ball to the head today at work and had to go to the ER to get some sweet staples in my dome, one of the questions the intake lady asked was

"do you feel safe at your home, is there any reason why you wouldn't want to go back?"

how fucked up has this country gotten?

BTW i was squirting blood so bad that one witness said I looked like a unicorn from hell and another dry heaved, all for a 1/4 tear in my scalp.

I was about 300 yards away from the tee watering some sod we had laid out, this is an "Irons Only" range so some asshole had the shot of his life, after getting hit and before I realized I was leaking I some two douches with pink and purple shorts getting the hell out of dodge. Never saw it coming just felt the impact and thought, aw crap I got hit again, then came the blood and the first responders

and yeahh hospital questions have definitely gone from standard injury questions to generally invasive and unrelated. when i got into an accident a few years ago the nurse asked if there was any abuse at home, i said "no" and my aunt followed with "...well, not yet". totaled car but my home is still "safe", silly Q&A
