    ideal experience....

getting to meet and talk to some KOH drivers. having a small but challenging course set up for people that would like to do some wheeling with there personal rigs. band choice is tough its hard to please everyone there are so many types of music out there but id say some new age rock / hard rock. vendor tents and demos or something.

i feel an even such as what you seem to be describing would be ideal if it could incorporate enough stuff to both appeal to the hard core wheeler and at the same time spark interest in someone who has maybe never been wheeling before.

      I like these suggestions.

        movies would be awesome.

i think some sort of interaction between fans/vendors/park staff etc...where fans can talk to those from both local and major companies about how they started, learn more about products, have 'hands on' type of things where people can test out products and stuff like that

raffles from each company, free park passes, etc are always good...gives people motivation to come out

        fireworks! love fireworks!

good food...maybe stuff for kids too so parents can get their kids more involved
Times two on the kids thing. I think wheeling and the sport of it and all the work that goes into rigs and such can truly be a family bonding experience. I have a 17 month old and I can't wait for him to want to help out with the jeep and hopefully get him into wheeling and everything when he's older.

Maybe a small competion kinda like the club comp. A saftey course, basics of wheeling, raffles, giveaways, vendors, Beer, a band would be awesome, a big cook out.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this intended to be "family" oriented?

entertainment. a lot of the time these things involve just standing around. have cool shit going on all day to watch, and have the rigs available to the public to drool over.
