Nicole, I love that song first off! haha

And, second, I love country. I grew up listening to it w/ my parents; both new age country as well as some of the older country like George Strait and Johnny Cash. I got away from it for awhile and enjoyed my hip hop, pop, and rock but in the last 5 years or so I have gotten back into country more than ever. Kenny is a good artist, but there is so many out there, many of which have been named.

If you can even mildly stand being in the presence of country music, you would enjoy a country concert.

They are almost always an awesome time, and filled with mostly really great and friendly people to have a good time around. Plenty of gorgeous women and beer.

I think I might be going to Brooks and Dunn on the 25th.

P.S. Will, you would honestly have a great time at a Toby Keith concert. He puts on a kickass patriotic show.

This. All of them last year were a blast. This year's line up looks like it has only a few good ones worth seeing

A lot of what people think is "country" today is just a pop singer throwing on a cowboy hat, throwing in a truck or tractor reference, and putting a slide or pedal steel guitar in the background with a mandolin. I consider 90% of "country" to be the place where washed up pop singers go to get drunk and die.
