    I'd have to go with yes. I guess my main confusions lies within why we can hand these people cards and not just scoop them and deport them.

      unfortunately they are really the only ones keeping social security funded...except the day laborers, they just plain suck

        Because deporting them is just a waste of time and money, as soon as you release them in mexico or whatever, they just turn around and come back.

            Not just AZ, TX and CA have their share of crossings as well.

              Well, the whole border needs to be tightened down for sure. But, I think I remember reading that something like 40-50% of crossings happen on AZ's border, which is pretty substantial when compared the amount of border they have to guard compared to TX.
