Im kinda in the same boat as what to get as a DD. I kinda want a pick up so I can tow my jeep to places, or a gas sipper. I would NEVER buy a jeep DD again, worst decision.

my neighbors got a little ford ranger for sale cheap. its got like 80,000 on it, 5 speed 2wd, longbed. just throwing it out there... being 2wd there wouldnt be much motivation to lift it/make it a non dd anyways soo.....

I got an f250 diesel for a dd.
I cant drive my rig (legally ).
Even if your rig can make it to and from rausch, its nice to tow it because if and when you break it, like i did last time, you dont have to fix it to get home. It nice to not have to worry about that when youre wheelin.

yea that woiuld be a great feeling, i barely have enough room in front of my house for two vehicles a trailer would definitely not work...

I got a Kawasaki Ninja. Been DD-ing that for 2 years now; only use the Jeep to wheel, go to Jersey, or snow. I'd like to say its not the worst decision I've made in my life but hell, its up there

Take my word for it and DON'T buy a Grand Wagoneer for anything other than dumping money into something that will never work.
