the people that took of the pic of my car pulled up behind my car while it was in a parking spot and took a pic of my plate and the suv was full of people

this seriously makes 0 sense to me. maybe you did something stupid and they wanted to get your info? and putting an alarm system in is not going to stop them if they are in fact trying to steal your car.
