I think "420" is ghey and quite unoriginal, however, 69 is used far more often with the same low-brow intent as is usually seen in a Waynes bros spoof primarily consisting of dick a fart jokes.

I'll give you that I enjoy one one of these things much more than the drug related one, but I'm pretty sure 69 is used WAY more often and therefore far less original.

:edit: didn't realize that this was in reference to video games.... I that case, people playing are probably high more than getting laid, since getting laid and actually doing 69, means they wouldn't have as much time to suck at life and the only thing left to do would be play video games and smoke up.....
