Let us take a trip down memory lane...to November 20th, 2008.
A Mr. Gentile told us a story about his Drawing II class...

It is now March 10th, 2010, and I am finding myself in a similar situation.
It is my last semester at school, so I decided to take some intro/easy classes just to get credit. "Intro to visual arts" happens to be one of them.
Well. Let's just say. I now can understand the frustration and anger that Will experienced back in 2008.
We are studying artists who use their body to paint. No, not their fingers...their bodies. People who throw a bucket of paint on the ground, lay in it, and roll around. People who dip their hair into a bucket of paint and use their hair as a brush. Yes...this does exist. And yes, people pay lots of money to watch these "masterpieces' get created.
Now, I'm sorry if anyone on here is an art student, an artist, or is legitimately interested in this stuff. I usually can appreciate a good painting, photograph, drawing, but some of this stuff...I just don't understand.
Will and I were talking earlier and he said he believes there is "art," where it is just an expression of emotion, and then there is "talent" where people aren't just rolling around in a bucket of paint.
Like I said, I'm sorry if I offended anyone, but I just don't get it. And the sad part is, I need to write a paper on this stuff explaining how awesome it is and the different "techniques" these people use.
I'm gonna try and find some pictures of this stuff, and if I do, I will post them up.
