I honestly don't know, so how many times in recent past have people claimed there was going to be a giant tsunami to hit Hawaii and nothing happened?

If this is the first time in the past 10 years, then they are just being cautious, I don't really blame them, but it isn't like the evacuated the island because of a 6 foot wave.
