it was good. if you really want my constructive criticism let me know, writing is something i have some experience and.. uh.. talent with.
lay it on me, id be interested to hear if nothing else
less interested in "nit picking" and more so in the bigger picture
so far this "article" has been extremely well received elsewhere so I am going to be hesitant to changing it up, just citing stubbornness in advance, lol
well received by who? the wheeling community or a journalist or editor?
it sounds a little forced to me, theres a flow thats certainly there but there are a few phrases, lines, words, etc that seem like you put them there bc you wanted to use some epic sounding phrase over something simpler.
i mean, i understand that may be your style, or that may be what the editor is looking for, but a huge part of this sort of writing.. this unprofessional, short sentenced style of writing which is gaining a lot of popularity recently will fall flat on it's face without good flow.

take whatever i say with a grain of salt i guess.
the wheeling community, aka my target audience... (i realize this is assumed to be a bunch of knuckle dragging wrenchers, lol, but the "hardcore" scene where this is basically aimed is littered with magazine journalists editors and so on, and people who have seen far greater success than myself, even in similar work)
do you have any similar examples of writing? i'm not sure what youre basing that all on
i guess what i should be asking is, what is your experience? seems slightly bold to me, but maybe im off base
whys that? i asked what i did in the light of the constructive criticism, seems relevant
really not trying to sound like a dickface at all, but i just want to know where opinions stem from especially with the weight of your reply, and the contrast of it to all others anywhere else
if its just a personal opinion so be it, i get those very often, good and bad...but it came across more as a "professional" opinion the way it was worded, so that is why i ask
Oh ok thats pretty fucking lame. Facebook groups are getting out of control. Im starting one chris dickerman the most conforming non conformist and bird poop
