But let me ask you this. If you had the money to do a project like say...a 450hp lowerd WRX with suspension set up for racing, and stage 3 clutch, would you drive it? Because I can tell you for damn certain they both have uncomfortable rides on the typical pothole infested CT winter road.
Your answer could very well be no, but there are lots of people who do both, and I don't see the same hate for people who drive around sweet ass subies.
any kind of heavily modded vehicle comes with its trade offs i imagine- Will

At 320 I actually enjoyed my WRX quite a bit. If I stayed out of boost I could easily get 25-30mpg around town, and have more than enough power on the highway to pass somebody without even flinching. Granted if I drove around town and had it pegged all day, I would get like 6mpg and probably smash into a bus. Having mind jarring pothole hits was the only thing that I hated.

It was a bad idea having that for a "first" car though, I really didn't appreciate it for what it was.

In retrospect, I should have just parted it out myself because he actually made money off it. I was just young and lazy.

i like having the jeep for offroad but i do also enjoy the looks you get when riding doorless in the summer lifted on big tires.... but in the same sentance id be lost without the ranger i would never want to dd a jeep as lifted as some of the things i see or with big big tires. been threw that with the 96 look where that got me. its fun to get in the ranger and speed around and not worry about death wabble or getting pulled over for your shit being fucked up.... ex tires sticking out...#becauseJoeNitro
