You do see them a lot. I think it's because a lot of people commute into the city for work. I have a customer with a lifted TJ Sahara on an OME lift with 32s that he travels around the tristate area in doing sales.

My friend is a carpenter and has 06 silverado 2500, lifted with 20's and 38"MTZ's. I think it looks fawkin sick.

i just dont see the point of haveing something lifted that much for a street truck. yea like the people that have trucks an jeeps an put 31s 33s an never really go offroad isnt to bad because its still nice to have some good tires incase if you ever needed them for some reason. but for someone to put 37s or 38s on a street only truck it just doesnt make sence to me. like it just makes the thing drive like shit for no reason.

It is all about personal style and opinion you got yours for hating it and guess what they have theirs. Ill be putting some 36s on my f350 in the spring got a problem with that? Also my xj rides quite nice on 35s

Theres nothing wrong with having a nicely built vehicle. Like Cletus said, it's all about personality. I used to think that just because it was lifted, it HAD to go offroading but now i understand that people just like to have a lifted truck/jeep for the "look"

I'll admit, I just liked driving around in a lifted Jeep, I felt badass driving it and I felt it was something to be proud of having/driving. However, I also love to wheel, as long as I dont break things and my Jeep doesnt look like ass after. People have their reasons for everything.
