                This was around... 3 years ago.

                        the flares have to overlap the tire? why can't they be just as wide (maybe an quarter inch less) as the tire width? your tires don't even stick out that far wtf? any court who deems those sharp pieces of metal sticking 5 inches off of your jeep more dangerous than the rubber they cover is INSANE

                            Because of this I will start driving my jeep around more often, starting tomorrow. Have you ever gotten pulled over again?

                              The state trooper in CT told me you had to be able to drop a coin off your fender and it not hit your tire. So basically, the flare is "Suppose to" cover the tire.
