how many of you have a big christmas eve celebration?!

aka, how many of you are italian???

i know phil's family does the same thing mine does, lots of fish & wine, and lotssssss of people...we basically celebrate more tonight than we do tomorrow...

anyone have any crazy christmas eve/christmas traditions?

i'm bored and like to hear stories

my house has out entire family over christmas eve and no one on christmas, there's going to be about 50 people here and TONS of gooood food

Pretty much the same, more of the family gets together christmas eve than on christmas!! This year we are having it at my sister and bro-in-laws house for the first time! (sisters 33)

Nothings really ever planned except some food and lots of people.

Christmas Eve = Lobster&Shrimp for my family... which is pretty much just Mom, Dad, sister, and me. Don't have a big family...

Christmas Eve = Aunt's house this year. Will exchange aunts presents with nieces and nephews. Then tomorrow presents in the AM within immediate family. Then dad's parents for breakfast and presents with them, tomorrow night is back to my mom's side of the family, this time to my grandmothers. I don't know what they eat, because it's usually pasta, which is disgusting. ew.

Christmas Eve big Italian family get together, Mom makes the fried fish, Aunt makes the Lobster, there's shrimp mixed in there somewhere before the actual meal... And every year for the last 15 years a random member in the family has had a baby so we keep the NORAD "track santa" tradition alive.

My family is flying into Hawaii tonight. I'm not sure how this is going to work because there is NO Italian ANYTHING out here that's actually any good. I think we're doing hibachi or something
