          Are we doing a "Bring what you got", or cook it there? The reason I ask is because mine has an incredibly long simmer time before it's ready for consumption. The batch I brought to the M&G cooked all night.

            i think it should be bring what you got also. we usually don't have meet and greets long enough for them to simmer. plus i'm sure everyone cooking would want to hang out as well

                    needs to be bring what you got, the overnight is like magic for the chili. without it.... it just wouldnt be right..... unless we got a venue where we could cook overnight

                        When? If it's anytime may and beyond, I might not be able to make it due to tentative deployment plans. In a couple weeks would be best for me since I'm eating some tonight, and I usually eat it till I can't move, so I need some "detox" time.

                          ive never really tried making a good pot of chilli but ill see what i can throw together. count me in.

                                ohhhh i'm deff ready..... but one issue. this is a park....... croc pots need electrical source so the chili can be nice and hot.......... don't know if thats a problem
