so some of you know we have been renting space for the past 5 years for me and my fathers shop, our work is for mostly dealers but since dealers are closing we need more retail customers, so we just signed the paper work today on a 4,800 sq ft building in newington right off the turnpike. open floor no beams at all, we are going to build a showroom and make it good for retail. plenty of room for my lift, no height restriction, 20+ ft celings. going to be moving next month, might be asking for help when the times comes if anybody will be available.
