here ya go, travis barker is a very good drummer, he has awesome musicality in his beats, as well as awesome chops. however, people get so hyped over him because he plays beats very fast, and it sounds difficult, however, they are much more elementary than everyone thinks. also because he hits the drums and cymbals so damn hard, that it sounds like he's playing something ridiculous. but he is a very good drummer

and there are so many drummers that will absolutely blow him off this planet like Tony Royster Jr, Steve Smith, Neil Pert from Rush, and Mike Portnoy from Dream Theater. but barker is a good drummer nonetheless.
