i have a yoga block, mats and mirrors so i can see what i'm doing wrong. do you use a heartrate monitor for cardio? i've been thinking about getting one forever but haven't. i also bought a body fat scale so i can see how much of me is useless. it wasn't that expensive only like 40$.

Nah I don't have a heart rate monitor but I do have a scale that measures body fat. Best $40 I ever spent.
