oh baby a court summons? Those are my favorite. I went and did some community service at the Bethel PD and then had the captain write me a letter saying I had already done some community service and that I realized I screwed up. I handed that letter to the DA and he told me "this is the best thing you could have done."

I had a clean record and he told me I could either get a $110 fine and a point of my license, or do 15 hours of community service and no points. I did the community service.

i think youll be screwed pretty much no matter what you do just becuase of your driving record in the past. my first ticket was a 60 in a 25 brought it to court and had to pay 25 bucks to a charitable foundation.... i dont think youll get lucky though no matter how you look at it though because of the past good luck tho

your record will end up fucking you in the ass. but yeah, request a supporting deposition. thatll buy time. enter a not guilty plea asap. theyll send you a hearing date. get the date then reschedule it. then do it again when you get that date. youll prolly get away with 3 times. by then, the hope is that the cop doesnt show or loses his notes or the DA gives you a deal just to get it over with.

This does work pretty well. A couple years ago my brother had a court hearing put off for just about 2 years, between him delaying it and the judge delaying it because of paperwork issues. Finally when they couldnt put it off anymore, I went in with him and my brother sat down with the judge and he was like "why are you here?" and we left.

That will tell the whole story...if you cant read the officer's writing, what is the number/letter combo in the left hand column?

Without knowing what the ticket was for, I can't really suggest a route for you to go
