Lets be reasonable and logical with this one.
Standardized bolt system, aka all metric or all SAE, pick one please. Ideally metric. All grade 8 (class 10.9).
A continued XJ (duh) with STILL a unibody, but a really strengthened strong unibody. (aka you dont need 4584943 tie ins, it doesnt bend and explode)
No dana 35s. Dana 44 rear standardized.
No weak unitbearings.
Bigger better brakes from the factory (no more wet sponge please)
Rubicon or similar trim packages all throughout the line.
