Ouch Phil. If I can give you some advice it would be not to argue with your parents over stupid shit like this while you live at their house. Thats why my fender flares and doors are still on my Jeep.....shits just easier when you dont argue

my parents used to care a lot more about what we did when we were younger. I used to not be able to go offroading and my dad would get really mad if there was a little mud on the truck. since we turned 21 they have been really chill about everything and they dont really care about much as long as we dont drink and drive or dont beat the hell out of the jeep. If I break it I fix it. he was happy I sold the truck cuz he made money on it so he has been lenient about what I do with the Jeep

My parents never cared about me driving people around. My mom would just lay a guilt trip on me about what would happen if someone got hurt and stuff. My Dad and Mom both get angry when my Jeep comes home with dents and what not, and when I buy parts for it.

my parents never made me follow the stupid rules when i got my lisence, friends in the jeep first day i had it lol. although got it taken away for two weeks when me and some of my buddies decided to do burnouts in the parking lot after school one day. my mom came to bring my brother to baseball practice and busted me mid burn
No worries, I'm not actually back, I'm just reminiscing about the old days.

My first car was completely incapable of shenanigans, so I was never busted doing anything, because the fastest it would go was 79 and it didnt have the power to even spin a tire in the rain Although I did wheel it... twice... sorta.

i worked when i was 14, bought my own truck when i was 16 b4 i had my license (in 1999) and the day i got my license i would go out doing whatever, i used to drive so far to do stupid shit just because. my parents couldn't say anything because it was my truck, i had a job, and i was still doing good in school so i would just call in at night, say that i was still alive and it would be all good.

So i get home tell her the truth and some doesnt believe me. Cause she thought I was already at work. So bottom line she might take my keys to my jeep, and let it sit in the driveway.
