There is no overlap, except in you brain-head. It should be obvious what your job is, I mean you work it.

I am a magazine editor, that also works in a wood shop and builds furniture, that also is a paid photographer, that also does creative layout in the magazine.

I still know and consider myself a White Collar Wilbur.

If the categories feel generalized, that because they are categories, they're meant to lump people/jobs together.
