probably yes is the correct answer. the fender bender caused him to not care about it anymore and he just parked it without really assessing the damage....now wants it gone, as far as being a piece of garbage? couldnt say cause i only rode in it like 1 or 2 times.

yes its one big ass slab of mystery meat, for all i know the trans is fucked up cuz of the way it pops into gear on its own.
