I just bought the RTR and wheeled it. Out of the box upgrade would be a steering servo arm, the rest you can upgrade as it breaks.

Dickerman has flogged the shit out of his and broke 2 of the wheels, Matt upgraded a bit too after some shit broke, Will has aluminum Cs and knuckles, I went through 2 plastic steering arms before I got an aluminum ones and then I decided to just dump money into it and make everything I could aluminum.

The wraith is not the only contender, there are plenty of other companies that make great rock crawling rigs. Axial, I think, is a pretty cool company, they are a great sponsor, and have a big presence at King of the Hammers, so they get my money.

And the wraith looks fucking sweet.

How close are you to Branford hobby?

It would be ironic if it ran longer than expected because he had to break the news to you that youre infact terminal with some crazy painful form of super virus that will kill you slowly and more excruciatingly than the Great Pit of Carkoon...

It was only luck that kept me off the Death Star that day... I was late to work because I had a doctors apointment that ran longer than expected.

"All those innocent contractors hired to do a job were killed! Casualties of a war they had nothing to do with. All right, look, you're a roofer, and some juicy government contract comes your way; you got the wife and kids and the two-story in suburbia - this is a government contract, which means all sorts of benefits. All of a sudden these left-wing militants blast you with lasers and wipe out everyone within a three-mile radius. You didn't ask for that. You have no personal politics. You're just trying to scrape out a living."
