usen this pin out. Check A2 and A22 with the key on when it wont start and see if you have 12v to ground. Also check with an ohm meter that the A4,6,31, 32 are good grounds.

Does your CEL light up when you key on when it doesn't start? Does your gauge stop working when it doesn't start Ie: fuel and volts.

I can help you fix yours but you need to do things in an orderly fashion.

Check engine to chassis ground. I spent two weeks chasing down an electrical gremlin. I threw a new cable between the block and firewall... The key was on and I could hear the fuel pump prime each time I touched the ground to the body. It was weird and a last resort but worked.

As easy as it is, worth to spend 1min checking that.

I would also be sure to check coil wiring and associated things.

You would only need to check these items when it won't start.

It runs fine when it runs and has nothing to do with being hot or cold correct.
I could be wrong but this makes me think it is not a sensor.

It intermittently doesnt start but cranks with no spark right? But wont stop running once running right? I dont know how jeeps work but i know that my truck has a couple wires coming off the ignition switch. One is start power, one is run power and one is both (for things that need power during both starting and running such as the coil). I would imagine if the ignition switch was starting to go bad and this terminal was losing power during cranking. This would cause no start, when it didnt start, but would not cause it to stall once it started.

Maybe try turning the key on and sending power to the starter to start the truck with the key in the ON position and see if it starts. If it does it could be the ignition switch.

I also just read that there is an auto shutdown relay that sometimes goes bad but this may also cause the fuel pump to not come on. Not sure about this i didnt read too much but you might want to research that too.

Just my thoughts hopes this helps if anyone agrees or disagrees with me feel free to voice your opinions too.

No but it has started everyday so far. Hence why I can't try to solve the problem.

In true Jeep fashion, it will happen at Rausch on the trail.

If it fails go right to a22 pin and to ground. If you dont have 12+ then your ASD isnt pulling in.
