we start training for next year pretty much with a little time off

we won't send anyone to nationals probably, you have to get invited. there are A cuts and B cuts. most all our top swimmers have comfortably swam B cuts. A cuts are automatic cuts, if you make it you go. they swim say 24 swimmers in a race at nationals, so if 10 make the A cut then the fastest 14 B cuts get invited. our guys unfortunately are close but likely not close enough. the A cuts are just about impossible to make. only like 4 swimmers will make it in a single event (A cut) at the maximum. in some events no swimmers make the A cut.

so no, no nationals for St. Bona.


and yes will, trying to make it to events lol. i still have yet to be able to make a meet and greet. i have had to miss every one since my joining of the forum for swimming which is ridiculous. i will make it soon, at the latest when i am retired.
