    On our way again.....
    Wolverine Peak front and center.

Crown Butte (elevation 10,208) which straight on was to the left of Miller Mountain and Daisy Pass.

A trail near the top of Lulu Pass that I plan on taking next time.

    • Heading back down Lulu. Old mining structures, Pilot Peak and Index Peak.

Pronghorn near an old mining structure.

Getting close to pavement again and it really clouded up.
Pilot Peak and Index Peak no longer visible.

One last view of Miller Mountain and the Daisy Pass switchbacks.
      Next time.....

      We hit pavement at 800pm.
We spent around 5 hours exploring 17.5 ish miles of trail.

Haven't done any overnight camping yet. In Yellowstone you are only allowed to camp at designated backcountry sites, which you need a permit for.

No biking is allowed on any trails in Yellowstone National Park with the exception of the Continental Divide trail I believe. Only hikers and horses allowed.

Yes. Depending on where life takes me in the next year, I'd like to hit the continental divide next summer, if I can find anyone else who is down.

Motor vehicles are allowed, bicycles are not. Where does this leave dirt bikes/motorcycles?

How much is jeep paying you for all these pictures?

                      interesting.....

The "animal" in the first picture moved faster than anything I've ever seen.

Looked like it was on a pogo stick almost. Each move was a 10 foot long 5 foot high jump.

                      Definitely wasn't a normal deer.

                      • That's a pronghorn, very distinct from normal white tail deer.

                        • I saw some that looked like that one inside the park that same day, but just figured this was a juvenile.

                          • That's either a young whitetail or a young mule deer. both of them are the same deer Looks more like a whitetail though. Mule deer tend to have a greyer/darker color, have bigger ears, and a black tipped tail.

97 TJ that I think is pretty neat.
