white water rafting

My groomsmen are taking me white water rafting in Massachusetts this weekend. Never been and in pretty pumped for it. Anybody here ever been?

i've been twice but both times it hadn't rained for days beforehand so the white water part wasn't there. ended up really being a drinking while floating down the river trip lol. did it both times on the delware river. bring alot of water and snacks because it took about 8 hrs and the suns pounding on you the whole time

I did the Kennebec in Maine and it was sick. I think everyone should do it at least once if they have the time/money.

Are you doing the deerfield river? I have paddled the dryway section of the deerfield dozens of times in my kayak and its a ride and a half especially last spring with all the rain and the dam releases.
