well phil its about this guy Kony who abducts children in africa to commit crimes against humanity and has been doing so for the past 20 years....the US government has NO interest or care in helping them considering it wouldnt benefit them at all but only those of africa (cause getting oil in Iraq is more important) haha, so basically its a story about how 'we the people' and our power in numbers took control of the governments decision in occupying Uganda and attempting to capture this gentleman who is commiting said crime...
