My job as well in the auto industry. Although, I have to deal with the "Every since you did...my... has been making noise." Or the people who honestly think we sabotage their vehicles. It is bad. People are absolutely fucking nuts is what it comes down to and everyone thinks they are entitiled to everything. Gotta love it.

Andrew couldn't agree more I did an oil change on a ladies car the next day it came in with the brake caliper falling off. She botched so much that my boss actually repremanded me saying I need to torque caliper bolts lol. I never took her wheels off.

When working at firestone I put 4 tires on a ladies car at 9am she came in at closing time freaked cause they weren't white walls and I had to stay late after I had already put street clothes on and put 4 white wall tires on.
