Caught this weeks episode at midnight. Dude is CLEARING out that prison. Holy shit, as for mich. Idk, i feel like that guy running what basically is a camp, has some terrible intentions. Why else would he shoot all those soliders that were good/living people

Merl walks towards him and puts the gun down but as he is getting back up BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG
Merl dies.
Glenn looks at Maggie "It's a long story, I'll tell you in the car, lets go"
