        I watched a documentary about spiders and this thing was on it. Pretty cool how it pounces like you mentioned.

          Pretty awesome...

          Spiders do all kinds of cool shit. Like the ones that create their own parachute catch a breeze and fly off, then shoot out a web to tether themselves to their destination, cut the "cord", and climb down/up the tether... Or the trap door spider that uses it's web to create a booby-trap so its prey falls into the spiders clutches and they duke it out pit-fighter style.... and then there is the (golden?) Orb spider that uses its web to catch and eat fucking birds flying through the air....

          I am fascinated by spiders, unfortunately I also have an irrational fear of them, so if one surprises me, my first reaction is "KILL IT!!!!"
