i've taken care of all my cars jeep or not. and i get ripped on it all the time. "why do you wax it its a jeep?". because i dont like looking like a lazy redneck piece of shit. and its a good looking vehicle so why not make it shine. your appearance effects so many things. if you look like a slob you'll get treated like a slob.

All of last year I had a stocker that wasnt going to be wheeled, and before that the last PA trip I did miss, I was dead broke.

truthfully... i think i have washed my jeep twice since i bought it... rain has done the trick for me... I HATE shitty work on a vehicle.. and i just laugh at alot of things i see....

in the past 2 years my jeep has gone from a gem to a junker.. but i like to keep it as clean as i can without going out of my way to wash it...

now... asfar as maintence... i go through the thing at least once a month. and make sure its all in running condition...

let me tell ya wat... that steering lasted 100 times longer than the v8 zj tierod..

and it was nice and easy to align... due to the squareness... and ur just jealous cuz that was your stock tierod welded under the angle...
