I don't really feel like contributing anything to the conversation, it always seems to run around in a circle and I get tired quickly.

But, I will say that I was discussing the war with a superior of mine and it made me sick. Apparently, insurgents have been engaging United States and allied military, and before they can draw their weapon to counter fire, said insurgent will drop his weapon and walk in the opposite direction. Because his back is turned he's no longer a threat, troops aren't allowed to engage him.

I hope someone with more info can prove me misinformed, because that is rediculous.
