Ok, I probably could have worded what I wanted to say a little better. I am NOT what so ever dismissing the fact that he was completely irresponsible in his actions, and furthermore disagree with the ENTIRE idea of drinking and driving. What I just don't like are the "fuck that dueche bag", "he deserved it", "what a loser". Its stuff like that that isn't needed, maybe its because he was my personal favorite Jackass star, maybe its because he raced cars for a side living and was pretty damn good on the track, maybe its because a few people I know knew him on a personal level, either way, I dont want my posts to seem as if I am defending his actions, because I 100% disagree with what he did. But surely you can at least agree that it is uncalled for to verbally insult the deceased, correct?

He was identified by his facial hair and tattoos, judging by that I'm pretty sure you could get a usable blood sample.

Still don't know how facial hair stayed intact in a car engulfed in flames to the point that it took a little over a week to identify the passenger

The saddest thing about the story is the poor car Humans are fragile but over-all disposable. There will be somebody new to take his place in the public eye, so don't fret too much.

I have no problems with drunks killing themselves while driving, it's when they kill or injure OTHER people that I start to have a problem.

I have driven while slightly impaired in the past, but usually I hand over my keys after the first three drinks. On a couple occasions I let someone just as drunk and sometimes more drunk than I drive me home, just so I'm not the one getting fucked if we get pulled over, or commit some heinous act.

People die at the end of life, it happens.
