I have used Wal-Mart in the past and to be honest i can't complain. You just have to know where to look and watch for the sales. You can only get them online but give it a shot. If there out of stock its most likely beacuse Clayton's stock was running low and they had to re-up.Sergeant Sergeant Master Sergeant Shooter Person

Basically they are military wrap leaf springs made to a custom size for us by a company in Canada that makes leaf springs for HD applications.
the 4.5's are 7 leaves
the 6.5's are 8 leaves
I like them alot, stiff enough for the road, excellent in the rocks. Bushings are similar to the clevite ones and last long time.
That's the breakdown on the clayton springs. They are $409 for the pair regularly on the website, which is a hell of a price for the quality. I'd say the next step up from them would be Deavers. Call Adam at the shop and talk to him, i do not know what exactly the deal is on ordering them or how long you would have to wait.
i bought the 6.5's and took a leaf out. thus making it a 4.5" pack.
much nicer than the rubicon express made in india bullshit springs.

Little update, i'd figure i'd post in here, the skinny on Clayton Leaf Springs.....
Basically, they are back up for sale at $239 per pack
Also, instead of having just the 6.5" pack, we are working on a 4" pack, that will probably be out for purchase within the next month or so.No worries, I'm not actually back, I'm just reminiscing about the old days.
