They are actually really easy, once you've done a few.

phil, the more i look at my 10/22 the more i want to put my tactical picatinny rail on the receiver with my flip up battle sight and have you weld on a m4 style front....

I had the Nordic kit for my 10/22... But I ended up just getting a .22 conversion kit for my AR15.

My Ruger Model 1230 10/22 will be here tomorrow!! Woot. And yes I will pull that trigger group apart and polish some various pieces. Only thing I bought for it was the auto bolt release(cause Im to lazy to hog out the factory unit for the $12 it cost) and a 2.5-10x40 scope.

Yeah, not on a 10/22, it wasn't really designed for aftermarket sights like that...

My stocker came in. Threw a scope on it. Sorry for the grainy crackberry pics.
That Hogue stock is sticky! Great for 3 gun. This mount is quick release for the scope so it comes off in a hot second. Gonna swap the scope for a red dot when its 3 gun time.
