for the cost of an f-16 to go drop 4 jdams on a target you could probably by 3 or 4 ferraris, if not more. Dropping ferraris would not be effective really though. Where are your reading that gas is 300 a gallon?

JP-8 is the most widely use fuel on the "Front Lines" If it is 300 bucks a gallon I burnt some expensive POOP. just to add, There hasnt been "Front Lines" since Gettysburg. Army Times has an article showing $2.34 to $3.13 per gallon for JP-8. Its basicly desiel but won't explode and burn with fury. Let stop complaining abut tax dollars. Send a care package or something. I read an article in TIMES that there were complaints about food spending i.e. troops getting Steak and Lobster meals. How The the buget for food was WAY overpriced. Money could be saved if the meal plans were changed along with a bunch of other anti-american bullshit. God forbid some dude eats a steak before a patrol that could be his last

New York times. VERY LIBERAL media but I think it was something about switching to an algae based fuel because of the extreme cost of their fuel for the marines.
