Ordered my rear bumper 2 weeks before the black Friday sale, just got it a week ago. They have current build times on the home page which is way off. Only thing I can figure is b/c they are slammed with black Friday orders. However that is no excuse for poor customer service. I had just as much trouble getting through to them. If your on NAXJA.org the best way is to send a PM to the JCRoffroad sponsor. That was the only way i got through to them. They seem to reply when they get scared that you might give them a bad rep via. forums. Good luck.

I ordered my stage 4 bumper and a week later it arrived, I think they're up to the elbows in orders and you should be a tad patient but still try and get intouch with them.

took me a month to get my quarter armor. I called themabout 2 or 3 weeks in and they told me they will be sent out within a few weeks.
