On black friday i purchased some rear quater panel guards with tail light boxes. Jcr never sent me an email saying my order is complete. So i tryed to call them they never pick up. So i sent an email asking them what is going on with my order. They have not reasponded in over a week. This is what pisses me off the money was taken out of my account and adam got his week or two ago any one have problems with jcr before ? All i want to know is where my product is.

I ordered sliders from them on one of their sales, i think July 4th, 2009. I expected to wait at least a month. I got them 2.5 weeks later....P8R

Says right on their site that you gotta email them requesting a tracking number. No email, they won't provide one.Comment

Email should be sent to shipping@jcroffroad.com if I recall. They responded to me within 24 hours. My Tcase skid showed up two days after I placed my order.Comment
