i would use something not made out of a fabric, i can cause the comp to overheat, i use a old 3 ring binder.

you shouldn't do that either. it may keep your leg from getting hot but it will also trap the heat in your laptop.

yeah, i have one of those lap desk things that has the pillow underneath but a desk surface, it's awesome haha
