Have any of you had to deal with PORC before?

HUH... IVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THEM.
I HAVE DONE MULTIPLE SYE'S THRU THEM BEFORE AND EACH TIME I GOT THE ADVANCED ADAPTERS BOX AND KIT. THEN THE LAST ONE I DID, IT CAME IN A DIFFRENT BOX AND HAD SLIGHTLY DIFFRENT PARTS. AND THE REAR SEAL LEAKED HORRIBLY. SO I TOOK IT OUT, CHECKED IT OUT, SAW NO BURR'S ON THE SHAFT. THEY SENT ANOTHER SEAL SO I PUT IT BACK TOGETHER WITH THE NEW SEAL. STILL LEAKED....

SO YES... I HAVE HAD ISSUES SINCE THEY WENT WITH THIS NEW KIT

Well what did you do about it?

Well since I cant get ahold of PORC, I just called AA. The kit PORC sells is the AA one still and they said there are only 2 manufacturers of 231 SYE's in the first place.

And they were ridiculously friendly and gave me the part numbers for all the parts I needed and even agreed that PORC pretty much sucks.

But I did file a complaint against them with the attorney generals office because I want them to re-imburse me for the ~40 bucks I have to spend to fix what they sent me. So once they investigate the complaint they will either have to send me the parts or re-imburse me.

Fuck bad customer service.

i had no problem with them and i got mine in fall of 09
