Have any of you had to deal with PORC before?

I'm getting pretty frustrated with them.

I ordered an SYE from them and installed it last Monday. They didnt include a inner speedo gear and the rear output seal was defective right away, leaks so bad I cant really drive it.

I sent them an email last Wednesday telling them the problem and their response was just giving me their number and telling me to call.

I have called them 5-6 times a day since then all during office hours, I have not one time gotten them to answer the phone. I left 2 messages with my number to call me back and haven't received any response. I sent them another email on Saturday basically politely asking WTF is going on, no response yet.

I've never really had this sort of thing happen before. Has anyone else dealt with them before?

This is starting to be a regular thing with me, almost every time I order something from an offroad company either stuff is missing or screwed up.

i havent dealt with PORC in 5 years, however when I did it went ok (not like that means anything at this point)

they are a company i have heard either all or nothing about...aka went great, or went bad. their SYE is hard to beat though in price/quality. same unit as AA and cheaper.

I called them another 4 times since I posted this, obviously someone is even in the office because sometimes it goes right to the answering machine and other times it rings for like 2 minutes before it does.

I just called them and left one more message saying basically if they don't call me the fuck back or answer my email I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company.



And if that happened to me I would drive to their storefront and see to it that I got my money back.

never had a problem with their products, good luck getting them to answer the phone though, customer service over there blows.

i just got the SYE from them but havent installed it yet. hopefully there aren't any issues

..No isseues with mine either..They should replace the seal but I think its a common seal..You should be able to get a part number and get one so you can at least drive it.

pretty sure the one i put on the 231 for an AX15 was a porc........ i just sold that t case, really hope it works
